    This book skips all the BS, gets straight to the point and gives you exactly what you need to succeed. I love that it’s so simple and easy to follow I can refer back to it daily if needed and I don’t feel overwhelmed with pages and pages of information. Highly recommend if you are looking to better your body and feel great with basic fundamentals you can incorporate into your daily life.

    This book was a super easy read for starters. Also, it has lots of really good information in it to make his system easy to follow. I am so excited to get started with this program!

    Good advice, liked that it wasn’t too long or overly “wordy”, but I wish he had thrown in more meal plans and ideas and also a tad more detail all the way around. A little personal story here and there wouldn’t have been bad either. Was looking forward to it and was left slightly disappointed. Was hoping for a good read and not a pamphlet. Still good advice tho.

    Love that this is short, straight to the point and clear on what needs to be done to achieve results. If you’re a busy person trying to lose some weight/fat, I recommend this book. Great info in it!
